| We believe that attention to customer service is the highest service we could offer to our clientele. If you are not satisfied with the product you have received. There is a 7-day return policy for non-personalized items. These items will be charged the shipping, and a 20% restocking fee. We do not give refunds on our Carriages, Custom Carriages Baskets, or wooden made items such as storks, carriages, rocking horses, blocks or cake boxes. There are no returns for items that are personalized, Custom decorated items such as Centerpieces, custom made corsages/capias or favors.
In order to receive a refund you are required to EMAIL US to receive an authorization number and the correct address to return the item to. No refunds will be given for items returned without authorization.
Personalized or custom made items are not refundable. If an item is received damaged you may ask us to replace it or refund your money.
Shipping
Please note the shipping times are different in all product pages. Some products may ship out within 3-5 days and some may ship out in 2-3 weeks if they are a custom favors or Centerpieces item or if they are products from another vendor. Not all items are refundable.
We use Priority Mail or Federal Express. Some larger carriages or wooden items may incur a handling charge and/or have additional postage. Some wooden pieces may be heavier than what is calculated at checkout due to the availability of the different sizes of our products, types of product order, example, cookies, cold porcelain pics, candies, etc. We will advise you of this additional postage and add it to your credit card .
International Shipping
We ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and other United States territories. Rates are based on the size and weight of the package, and type of mailing service. Customers are solely responsible for any additional fees and duties regarding their international purchase.
Rush Fee
Please note that because the nature of our work, some of our custom Favors or Centerpieces may not be available via a rush service. However, we do offer a Rush Fee option for an additional $10.00. Please note that this Rush Fee of $10.00 is not an overnite or next day delivery fee service. Expedited mailing service is separate.
Sales Tax
Florida Residents 7% will be added to your total. All other states are exempt.
